We want all of our customers to be happy with their online purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date – please note that we cannot accept the return of any printed patterns, leaflets, magazines or books unless for quality purposes.

We’ll exchange or refund the price of all unused, unsatisfactory items, excluding any packaging or shipping fees for the initial delivery or the return shipment. If you would like an exchange, additional postage charges will apply.

We can only exchange or refund items which are returned in perfect condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage. Unless proof can be provided that items arrived in a faulty condition. Items must be unopened and must be in their original packaging.

To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:

Please email info@seeded.com to let us know the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will let you know the return address and a code to include with your item
Package your item(s) with the original receipt and send them back to us with the delivery method of your choice. We advise using a method that will provide proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any item(s) lost in transit

Once we receive your package, please allow five business days for us to process the refund or exchange (though we do our best to be quicker!)

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it but before it has shipped, we may do so at our discretion – please contact info@seeded.com to discuss your order.
